Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist assigned sales representatives (2 in Japan, 3 abroad, including team members in the US, Europe, and Thailand).

  • Manage inquiries from the DHL website, such as quote requests.

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email, gathering details for quotes and providing updates after contracts are finalized.

  • Coordinate with internal teams like Customer Service to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

  • Prepare sales materials (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to support service presentations and performance reporting.

  • Research and collect information on existing and potential customers.

Qualifications:

Candidates should meet one of the following criteria:

  • Experience in international logistics (operations, customer service, sales, or sales administration).

  • At least 3 years of experience in overseas sales administration in any industry.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Language Requirements:

  • English: Intermediate or higher (TOEIC 700+) for emails, chats, and calls with global teams.

  • Japanese: JLPT N1 level.
