Job Responsibilities:
Assist assigned sales representatives (2 in Japan, 3 abroad, including team members in the US, Europe, and Thailand).
Manage inquiries from the DHL website, such as quote requests.
Communicate with customers via phone and email, gathering details for quotes and providing updates after contracts are finalized.
Coordinate with internal teams like Customer Service to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Prepare sales materials (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to support service presentations and performance reporting.
Research and collect information on existing and potential customers.
Qualifications:
Candidates should meet one of the following criteria:
Experience in international logistics (operations, customer service, sales, or sales administration).
At least 3 years of experience in overseas sales administration in any industry.
Essential Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Language Requirements:
English: Intermediate or higher (TOEIC 700+) for emails, chats, and calls with global teams.
Japanese: JLPT N1 level.
