BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
 
[RESPONSIBILITIES]
• Build and create relationships with prospective clients by cold calling and emailing
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
• Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
 
[REQUIREMENTS]
• Bachelor's degree, 1+ years’ work experience in a sales environment
• Can-do attitude, and an international background
• Strong bilingual communication in English and Japanese (JLPT 1 or native speaker)
• Creative skills and problem-solving are welcomed!
 
 
ACCOUNT MANAGER
 
[RESPONSIBLITIES]
1. Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the editorial.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and regular communication.
• Understand client requirements and ensure their needs are met during the publication process.
• Provide post-publication support and offer additional services to clients as appropriate.
 
2. Communication and Coordination:
• Conduct effective and professional communication with clients in both English and Japanese.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including writers, designers, and editors, to ensure smooth and timely execution of client projects.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, conveying client feedback, requests, and specifications accurately.
 
3. Account Management:
• Develop a deep understanding of client accounts, their business goals, and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
• Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
 
4. Client Satisfaction and Retention:
• Proactively address any client concerns or issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Monitor client satisfaction metrics and take appropriate actions to maintain long-term relationships.
• Anticipate client needs and provide solutions and recommendations to enhance their experience.
 
5. Reporting and Analysis:
• Track and analyze key account metrics, such as client engagement, revenue, and retention.
• Prepare regular reports on account performance and present findings to management.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize account management strategies.
 
[REQUIREMENTS]
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a sales or account management role.
• Native-level bilingual communication skills in both English and Japanese (JLPT N1 level or native speaker).
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
