Work to increase market share by acquiring additional business from existing customers, with a focus on hospitals with installed biochemistry equipment in assigned territory
【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Obtain additional business from hospitals with biochemical equipment in a given territory.
Fulfill customer needs with laboratory solutions.
Sell instruments, test kits, and testing services to customers.
To obtain additional business by utilizing internal resources as needed.
Collaborate with Japanese company’s sales force to ensure efficient activities.
Embody the objectives and philosophy at all points of contact with customers.
Clearly communicate the added value provided through in-depth understanding of the industry, veterinary clinics, customers, academia, technology, workflow, etc.
Perform all sales administration. (Perform all sales administration (including SFDC input, territory management, etc.)
Participate in academic conferences, etc.
Acquire and maintain a level of academic and technical knowledge and views that allows them to speak fluently about the industry and product services.
Optimize sales activities through territory management and customer account planning.
Clearly understand customer needs and expectations. Report on customer needs and issues to marketing and managers with measures and suggestions.
Report on competitive trends and competitive product/service issues for marketing and managers.
Adhere to a set number of activities to achieve maximum results.
Manage expenses according to rules.
Other incidental duties as directed.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Advanced sales and closing skills and experience in their use
Proven track record of achieving sales goals
Strong communication skills to influence/negotiate with customers, colleagues, etc.
