【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Build merchandise plans/forecasts
Analyze sales trends to recommend promotional pricing, chase inventory, and margin-maximizing
Re-forecast and determine monthly replenishment need at a SKU level to ensure all stocked SKUs are planned appropriately
Critically analyze business trends to make strategic recommendations to grow the business.
Manage the PO life cycle for stock product
Oversight of third-party warehouse logistics service providers
Oversight of last mile carrier partners, ensure customer delivery times
Ensure APMEA fulfillment network is setup to support the eCommerce & Wholesale growth projected
【REQUIREMENTS】
5+ years’ of experience leading customer fulfillment and delivery
A strong desire and natural feel for people management and development
Commercially focused, customer service driven and results orientated
Comfortable working in an international environment with high level of cultural awareness and understanding
Team player but also able to work under own initiative
Strong in using Microsoft Windows standard applications
Prepared for occasional travel throughout Europe
Proficient in English (writing and vocal)
