【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Order data entry using an in-house enterprise resource resource (SAP)
Appropriate follow-up until the completion of shipment (in the event of an irregularity, appropriate instructions and responses will be given to all parties concerned to complete the shipment without delay)
Respond appropriately and in a timely manner to inquiries from customers or sales representatives (mainly requests for closing times and delivery dates)
Manage and supervise the work of team members
In projects related to order systems (WEB, EDI, FAX OCR), as a leader, you can create process manuals.
KPI tracking and improvement of customer service (proposals, planning and implementation related to improvement of internal operations, etc., system error response)
Communication with overseas shared services and regional representatives. Understand each business process and take the lead in making improvements and transfers.
Collaborate with in-house business departments (accounting, purchasing, and legal) to process billing and payments, select and pay new suppliers, and handle contracts.
【REQUIREMENTS】
More than 5 years of work experience
At least 3 years of experience in OTC operations using enterprise resource planning (SAP)
At least 2 years of experience in managing team leaders and team members
Experience and knowledge of inventory management on the system
Experience in project management and projects involving multiple departments
Business English (business experience using English)
