【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Identify, mitigate and manage risks and opportunities
Maintain short- and long-term financial forecasts
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively
Provide ad hoc finance support as needed
Plan and execute business growth plans
【REQUIREMENTS】
Over 5 years of professional experience
Strong background in FP&A and/or accounting
Experience with financial analysis
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluent level Japanese and English
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Accounting or related

MBA
Good understanding of operating systems
