Provide financial guidance, oversight, and recommendations for agreements and transactions the organization may enter.
Ensure adherence to tax regulations, including corporate and indirect taxes, while leading any audits or inquiries. Work with external tax professionals to complete necessary filings.
Maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Oversee internal controls to ensure company policies and procedures are followed, minimizing risks related to errors or fraud. Address any weaknesses identified during audits or internal reviews.
Develop and apply strategies for effective cash and financial resource management, ensuring sufficient funds for operations. Oversee cash flow reporting, forecasting, and coordination with corporate finance teams.
Identify and implement ways to improve processes, efficiency, and overall business performance.
Establish, enforce, and refine company policies and procedures to enhance operations.
Participate in system upgrades and implementation as needed.
Handle additional projects or responsibilities as assigned.
