What you’ll do
Maintenance/Repair/Troubleshooting/Installation/Validation (GMP: IQOQ) of BP equipment mostly
Organize strategic sales promotion/proposal activities to major customers such as maintenance/comprehensive contracts, inspection contracts, spare parts sales, etc.
Collaboration as a team with domestic & worldwide other branches/departments to manage customer’s outcome by controlling customer situation (revenue forecast/contract ratio/quality issues)
Deliver mid to large scale installation projects as project manager by collaborating with other departments
Preparation for launch of new equipment, obtaining service trainer certification
Who you are
Approximately 7 or more years experience as a field engineer
Experience in work instruction and supervision work for multiple workers as work site manager
Experience in managing team members & task management
Maintenance knowledge and experience of industrial instruments (valves, pressure gauges, pumps, conductivity meters, flow meters, PLC, etc.)
Basic electrical knowledge
Basic / operation / maintenance knowledge related to computers (Windows OS, PC, server), networks and database
