【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Your primary objective will be to lead our shared/dedicated warehouse operations + product to achieve all agreed financial + operational objectives working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following tasks:
To own the growth strategy for developing + expanding our product, with support of a cohesive Real Estate strategy + deep understanding of customer needs.
To act as the partner to customers by understanding their strategy, short-term, medium-term + long-term goals + determining how we can support them in achieving those goals.
To offer an extraordinary customer experience journey, ensuring full engagement from your team.
To set + ensure the achievement or surpassing of financial targets, anticipating any deviations + responding promptly with transparency to senior management regarding progress, challenges + opportunities.
To define + approve service level agreements with customers, subsequently monitor + report on them with a mindset of continual improvement + customer enablement.
To ensure an efficient organization in terms productivity + seasonality while fostering the development of your team members.
To stay close to the forefront of automation, seek innovative solutions, leverage technology, digitize operations + keep abreast of the market development, customers + their demands.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Strong leadership
Knowledge of the contract logistics market, along with your customer
Stakeholder relationships building skills
