【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】.
Lead staff activities- dealer support, sales conditions & negotiations
Understand the on-site situation through Weekly Meetings and present to stakeholders
Demonstrate leadership by creating sales strategy plans for the team
ODS / OGS / Inventory Management, Manufacturing Plan and demand-conscious input
Investigation of factors when there is an input difference in the previous month
【REQUIREMENTS】
Over 2 years of work experience in the agrochemical industry and experience in management
Experience in managing multiple subordinates
Ability to understand sales policies within the ArgoChemical Industry
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Particularly in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
