【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Reconcile the daily retail shop sales and payments received
Prepare P/L, B/S, Cashflow statements for the local entity
Arrange payments and cash flow management
Ensure proper job costing accounting and timely payment
Manage all local tax filing and issues
Establish relevant local standard operation procedures
Inventory and cost control
Perform regular stock take
Prepare financial statements
【REQUIREMENTS】
Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 5 years of work experience in Accounting or Finance
Mature, independent, self-motivated, and stress-tolerant
Experience in ERP system implementation is a plus
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and time management skills
Attentive to details
Good in possessing troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Familiar with Excel
Knowledge of Netsuite is a plus
Proficient in spoken and written Japanese and English
