Main Tasks
Sales Planning & Performance Management
Deliver accurate sales forecasts.
Independently create and implement sales plans.
Propose solution-based strategies by developing multiple options to meet sales targets.
Distributor Management
Act as the primary point of contact for key distributor operations.
Optimize and streamline distributor relationships and structures.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication and build strong, long-term customer relationships.
Independently handle business matters and negotiations with both internal and external stakeholders.
Business Analysis & Development
Continuously gather and update market insights.
Identify opportunities and develop plans to engage new customers and expand business.
Strategic Planning
Develop account strategies with guidance and collaboration from supervisors and team members.
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position
• University degree
• Working Experience >5 years in sales; chemical, lubricant or fuel industry experience preferable.
• Skillset; English reading, writing & verbal communication, basic computer skills (MS Office, etc.) Strong verbal and written English communication skills
