Main Tasks

Sales Planning & Performance Management

  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts.

  • Independently create and implement sales plans.

  • Propose solution-based strategies by developing multiple options to meet sales targets.

Distributor Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key distributor operations.

  • Optimize and streamline distributor relationships and structures.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular communication and build strong, long-term customer relationships.

  • Independently handle business matters and negotiations with both internal and external stakeholders.

Business Analysis & Development

  • Continuously gather and update market insights.

  • Identify opportunities and develop plans to engage new customers and expand business.

Strategic Planning

  • Develop account strategies with guidance and collaboration from supervisors and team members.

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

  • • University degree

  • • Working Experience >5 years in sales; chemical, lubricant or fuel industry experience preferable.

  • • Skillset; English reading, writing & verbal communication, basic computer skills (MS Office, etc.) Strong verbal and written English communication skills
