【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Agree with dealers annual and monthly sales targets by model and at outlet level
Monitor dealer performance and provide consultation and coaching to dealers to achieve agreed targets Identify, define and implement development needs for dealers using KPIs
Take a leadership of area team in the respective area to ensure common understanding of the company strategy and a uniform message to dealers.
Work with marketing team and dealers to establish marketing plan to acquire conquest customers and activate existing customers and prospects
【REQUIREMENTS】
BA in business administration or equivalent
3-5 years of leadership experience in one or more of the following: Sales, Customer Support, Marketing
Prior experience in area management in the automotive industry, or other dealer facing role highly preferred
Business level English/native level Japanese
