Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and industry events, to identify top talent.
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Job Postings & Employer Branding:
Write clear and compelling job descriptions in alignment with hiring manager requirements.
Enhance and promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
Manage recruitment advertising efforts across multiple platforms
Screening & Interviewing:
Review resumes and applications to screen for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Prepare and present candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
Candidate Experience:
Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Keep candidates informed and updated on the status of their application.
Coordinate assessments, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
Collaboration & Communication:
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
Offer consultative advice to hiring managers on talent market trends, salary benchmarking, and best practices for candidate selection.
Onboarding & Offer Management:
Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating offers and coordinating pre-employment activities.
Assist in onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Metrics & Reporting:
Track and report on key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements in talent acquisition.
Recommend and implement improvements to the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
