【REQUIREMENTS】
Communication skills to promote UX design with stakeholders
Workshop Design and Workshop Facilitation
Scenario design based on persona design and user research, and extraction of user needs
UX design and direction experience in business systems, web services, or mobile application related areas (5 years or more)
Design experience based on User-Centered Design knowledge and processes (site structure, screen design, interaction, navigation)
Understanding Figma, Adobe CC, etc.
Japanese skills (fluent level of speaking, reading and writing)
【WELCOME SKILLS】
Knowledge and experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
Experience in launching new service sites and renewal projects for existing sites
Leader Management Experience
English language skills
