What you will do:
Define, implement, and monitor global sales initiatives to achieve both local and corporate objectives.
Ensure consistency in commercial operations, including demand generation, demand management, forecasting, and value realization.
Collaborate closely with local leadership to refine segmentation and coverage models, aligning with the global go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
Oversee annual commercial planning, including territory management and quota setting.
Work with the enablement team to design and deploy enablement programs in the region.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide support for related projects as necessary.
Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal teams, including Enablement, Finance, HR, and IT.
Provide coaching to the sales team based on the global sales framework.
What you will bring to us:
Over 5 years of experience in Management Consulting, Operations, Program Management, or a similar position within a regional or global organization.
Proven background in strategy development, analytics, and the design and execution of sales programs.
Skilled at translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights and presentations.
Adaptable to a rapidly changing and evolving role.
Understanding of MEDDPICC or comparable sales methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
