【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Develop a sales strategy through data analysis and forecasting, and set future sales targets.
Data monitoring of the progress and results of each sales representative, and judgment of the validity of the sales process.
Build an environment that enables smooth data sharing not only with the sales department, but also with the marketing, professional service, and customer success departments.
Investigate and understand historical data and performance trends to forecast future sales.
Lead and deal management and time management skills training to improve sales reps' efficiency and results.
【REQUIREMENTS】
3 years of experience in corporate sales, management consulting, and digital transformation sales team
Understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS software, and mobile software solutions
Experience in introducing and operating CRM tools such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.
Experience in building and operating data analysis infrastructure using BI tools, DWH, etc.
Comprehensive knowledge of sales methods such as MEDDIC/MEDDPIC/Challenger Sales and practical experience is a plus
Business-level English is a plus.
