A global leader in the logistics industry, offering services such as international shipping, courier deliveries, and transportation solutions

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand, implement, manage, and communicate all global process standards, environmental, and quality requirements.

• Implement, review, strengthen, and maintain the quality and environmental management system and documentation for the AP Regional Office and domestic operations.

• Develop and execute annual plans for internal quality and environmental audits, support the implementation and follow-up.

• Monitor and analyze compliance with domestic quality and environmental standards, support the identification of objectives, programs, goals, and process defects.

• Conduct or assist in major supplier audits (including GxP requirements).

• Support customer audits (including GxP requirements).

• Address and manage customer inquiries regarding the company's quality and environmental policies, in collaboration with other departments.

• Conduct training on quality and environmental systems, ISO standards, quality procedures, and business processes.

• Coordinate various GoGreen initiatives (our Group's environmental protection program aimed at reducing carbon footprints and promoting sustainable logistics).

• Promote GoGreen awareness domestically and share best practices.

• Support staff training on GoGreen to enhance knowledge for customer consulting activities.

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality & Environmental Management Systems or related operations (experience as a management leader or internal auditor is preferred).

(Experience in either quality or environmental management systems is acceptable.

Experience in other management systems such as security or occupational health

and safety is also acceptable.)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with internal operational systems (in English).

• Experience in the logistics industry (forwarders, 3PLs, manufacturing logistics departments) with quality/environmental management experience is preferred.

• Experience in logistics industry operations (e.g., operations, customer service, or sales) is a plus

Language Skills:

• Native-level Japanese (N1) proficiency.

• Intermediate English skills (TOEIC 750 or above). English will be used in communication with the supervisor (Chinese), the regional

office (emails, calls, and online meetings), customer audits led by overseas offices, and collaboration with the domestic management team.

Daily emails are expected, and face-to-face or presentation meetings occur approximately once a month.

Working Hours:

9:00 AM – 5:45 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)

Flexible working hours available (Core hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM).

Average overtime: 25 hours per month (subject to change, depending on audit schedules and workload).

 

Holidays & Leave:

• Full two-day weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), public holidays, and year-end holidays.
