【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Coordinates various pre-sales activity, such as interest checks, via emails and phone calls
Collects and reports general information about the chemical industry to internal teams
Maintains good relations with client company representatives, including regular email communication and occasional in-person visits
Identifies client needs or requests and inform internal teams about any necessary action to be taken
Follows up with clients on any required data, documents or other missing information
Conducts platform demos, including at trade exhibitions attended by our company, as well as customer onboarding, training and post-sales support
Works on other small projects as and when needed
【REQUIREMENTS】
1- 5 years experience in sales operations; prior experience in a SaaS company or chemicals-related company preferred but not essential
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; science or chemistry background preferred but not essential
Native-level command of spoken and written Japanese, including formal business language
Working-level command of spoken and written English
