【Job Responsibilities】
In the strategic marketing team, you will perform the following duties to enhance the development and execution of a clear marketing strategy for market expansion.
Planning and analysis (30%)
Product management (30%), and
Support overall team communication and process management (40%)
1. Planning and analysis (30%)
Utilize standard marketing methodologies for generic and applied use
Establish key SMART goals, priorities, strategies, and tactics
Create regulatory filing priority lists for portfolio optimization
Price non-reimbursable items
Forecast sales demand
Submit cost/capital expenditure plan
Review and analyze monthly sales, review tactics as necessary, and prepare monthly management reports
2. Product management (30%)
Link global/regional marketing and new product launch plans
Manage strategy development and execution of new product launch plan in coordination with Sales Specialists
Manage the portfolio of the Supply Chain department in collaboration with Operations and Sales
Work with Sales Management to ensure sales representatives are properly trained on the product
Manage target progress through CRM
Link marketing strategy, marketing communication strategy, and tactics to improve branding
Work with the Quality team to ensure that product complaints are handled appropriately
Work with the Digital team to create promotional tools
Improve plumbing at conference exhibits, plan and develop effective luncheon seminars
Build incentive plans for the sales team
3. Support overall team communication and process management (40%)
Prepare data for analysis
Update information entered into various systems
Capex management
Redemption price support
KOL Arrangement support for domestic and international events
Arrangements for overseas guests visiting Japan
