【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Translate business goals into specific marketing objectives and strategies
Build and implement a variety of targeted marketing campaigns that enable our commercial goals and deliver value to our customers and participate in the development of the business digital strategy
Demonstrating its deep knowledge of customer priorities, this role will help identify areas and propose solutions where additional customer growth can be achieved
Engage and partner with key accounts to deeply understand key customers’ pain & gains, as well as their business objectives, and deliver frequent, clear and consistent communications with cross-functional partners that drive a more agile and customer centric solution approach across the organization.
Craft the story telling based on consumer & market research , value proposition , consumer segmentation to support new product innovations with existing and new customers.
Execute marketing initiatives and serve as the feedback loop from sales and customers to resolve efficiency of initiatives, including new product post launch evaluation
Evaluate customer performance and recommend changes to existing programs in addition to supporting new customer acquisitions that enables the field to deliver on sales targets.
Act as a project manager ensuring magnificent and timely execution of key customer/channel initiatives based on priorities established through the business planning process
【REQUIREMENTS】
5-10 years' experience in a marketing position
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business related or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4 years of related work experience
Knowledge of agricultural/food service, food manufacturing, B2B manufacturing business preferred and B2C is also appreciated.
Experience executing consumer, channel and/or customer specific campaigns and promotions
Native level Japanese & business level English

Living / Working experience in overseas
Working experience in Global company and/or QSR Industry
Experience with driving Ecommerce and Digital solutions
Experience developing strategic marketing plans that generated customer growth
