【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals (PR & Communication, CRM, Visual Merchandising, Training) to execute campaigns effectively.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company goals
Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns and meaningful brand experiences thru storytelling across the omnichannel consumer journey (retail, ecommerce and wholesale)
Manage budget allocation to marketing channels
Analyze market trends and research competitor products to ensure the company stays ahead in the market.
Collaborate with EU-based product development teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and product offerings.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and media outlets.
Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory requirements in the cosmetics sector.
Present marketing strategies and results to senior management, providing recommendations for future initiatives.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing, ideally within the luxury/beauty industry, with a track record of successful campaigns.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
Creativity and a strong understanding of consumer behavior.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
Understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
