【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Manage legal aspects and maintain the Japanese investment fund range
Review the security registration and fund prospectuses
Collaborate with internal teams to identify legal and commercial operational issues
Deal legal related requests from clients and review business issues
Advise monitor regularly and provide consultation and training
【REQUIREMENTS】
Experience as a lawyer with 3 to 15 years
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a finance sector lawyer
Has solid legal and regulatory knowledge in the Japanese service market
Fluent in Japanese and English
