Duties
Work with the GBS+ and China PA & Payroll teams to provide full HR support in Japan, including employee onboarding, handling personal changes, benefits, time and attendance, answering government inquiries, temp management, and payment processing.
Help simplify and standardize HR processes in Japan, ensuring they follow local laws and Henkel’s standards.
Communicate with employees to address issues, provide solutions, and explain HR policies and procedures.
Assist with HR projects and events.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree
5-10 years of relevant experience
English and Japanese skills
Experience with SAP, Excel and PPT
Multinational environment experience preferred but not a must
