 A global company that specializes in manufacturing products in multiple  business areas 

 

Duties 

  • Work with the GBS+ and China PA & Payroll teams to provide full HR support in Japan, including employee onboarding, handling personal changes, benefits, time and attendance, answering government inquiries, temp management, and payment processing.

  • Help simplify and standardize HR processes in Japan, ensuring they follow local laws and Henkel’s standards.

  • Communicate with employees to address issues, provide solutions, and explain HR policies and procedures.

  • Assist with HR projects and events.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience

  • English and Japanese skills

  • Experience with SAP, Excel and PPT

  • Multinational environment experience preferred but not a must
