【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Provide leadership, development, and direction to the sales team, creating a positive and motivating work environment to ensure performance excels
Identify and implement sales strategies to consistently achieve sales and financial targets and deliver growth in strategic products and markets
Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to develop and implement effective customer, pricing, and marketing strategies
Nurture and develop customer relationships with high value accounts
In partnership marketing and SFE team ensure the Sales team is trained to effectively sell on clinical, product and competitor knowledge
Management of sales expense budgets and resource allocation
Accountable for accurate and timely forecasting and sales input to the S&OP
【Qualifications】
Extensive experience leading sales teams in the Medical Devices and/or Healthcare industry including managing second line sales managers
Demonstrated leadership capability that develops and grows sales talent
Well-developed relationship building and influencing skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix structure
Outstanding commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset and results focus, able to identify and translate ideas into sales opportunities to deliver sustainable long-term growth in the region
