ROLE: Senior Manager EC, JAPAN
REPORTS TO: CEO JAPAN

【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Develop and execute digital strategy to achieve online sales targets and enhance the customer shopping experience.
Create and manage the yearly EC budget and KPI targets, and collaborate with the finance team on monthly forecasts.
Oversee daily site operations and third-party platforms, coordinating with customer service, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Manage the performance marketing budget, optimize SEM channels, and define SEO strategies in coordination with global and local teams.
Support merchandising and buying strategies, oversee inventory management, and ensure alignment with seasonal plans.
Provide regular reporting and analysis to key stakeholders, using data to create actionable insights.
Plan and execute sales strategies for third-party platforms, manage budgets, and oversee promotional activities in collaboration with platform account executives.
【REQUIREMENTS】
8+ years of experience in e-commerce business management
3+ years of experience in a strategic, management level role (past team management preferred)
Strong experience with CMS systems required (SFCC preferred)
3rd party platform management (Rakuten, Zozo, Marui, etc.) highly preferred
Experience in Digital Marketing and working with outside agencies (SEM, SEO) preferred
Experience in Buying/Merchandising for e-commerce channel preferred
Excellent reporting and analytical skills with experience using analytics platforms, with strong attention to detail (Google Analytics, BI preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese
