 A provider of life sciences services including genomics, cryogenic storage, automation, and informatics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare GS project quotations.

• Manage project troubleshooting and customer support.

• Analyze bioinformatics data.

• Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and business leaders.

• Develop and implement SOPs.

• Train and onboard new study managers.

• Explain GS contract services and provide technical support (phone and site visits).

• Manage customer information and logistics.

 

Qualifications

Required:

• Basic molecular biology knowledge

• Business etiquette & communication skills

• Basic English proficiency (high school level+)

• Bachelor's degree in Biology

• Experience in customer/technical support, contract analysis, or wet lab experiments

(e.g., gene cloning, DNA/RNA extraction, QC work)

• Project management experience in contract analysis
