【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Formulate and execute product roadmap based on business strategy.
Overall product planning, specification formulation, and decision making
Overall project management and direction
Design and construction of workflow
Negotiation of alliances with an external partner
Establishment and management of the product organization
Training and follow-up of product members
【REQUIREMENTS】
Experience in service planning and direction for e-commerce sites or Internet services
More than 5 years of experience
Experience in system development of medium scale or larger
Understanding of each area of expertise (UI/UX, development, marketing)
Experience managing a team of 10 or more people.
Fluent in Japanese
【DESIRABLE SKILLS】
Web Marketing
Knowledge of UCD, design thinking, etc., and practical experience in business
Business-level English
