Main Responsibilities

Digital Communication Manager

Improve brand value, develop and execute communication strategies through digital platforms, deepen consumer engagement through digital advertising, social media, and websites, and implement measures to improve cost efficiency while promoting new customer acquisition.

  • Utilizing LINE and implementing digital advertising for the purpose of acquiring new customers and increasing sales/profits (50%)

    • Planning, production, and operation of all digital marketing advertising for the our brand

    • Social media management (both owned and ad): LINE, etc.

    • Web advertising, performance media (SEM, affiliate, display advertising)

    • Performance tracking and reporting

    • Collaborating with other teams to maximize cost efficiency

    • Leading content creation to maximize effectiveness

    • General interactions with other departments and agencies

  • Formulation and execution of new digital communication strategies (30%)

    • Planning and execution of campaigns using SNS (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

    • Development of diagnostic tools using chatbot functions, planning and production of game content, etc.

    • Flexible response to plan content such as AD deployment and LP production

  • Department budget management and team management (20%)

    • Formulate optimal cost investment strategies based on annual budgets

 

Qualification Requirements

  • English skills : Business level

    • Able to attend meetings and participate in discussions in English

    • Able to create materials in English and make presentations

    • Email correspondence (frequency: once or twice a week)

    • Teleconference correspondence (frequency: about once a week - irregular)

  • Experience in digital marketing or communications (5 years or more)

  • Experience using LINE

  • Deep understanding and practical experience of SNS platforms

  • Experience designing and operating campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers

  • Experience using GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and advertising management tools

  • Experience in people management

  • High communication skills

  • Experience in the cosmetics or consumer goods industry is preferred

  • Work experience in a foreign company

  • Understanding of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act
