Multinational Chemical & Consumer Goods Company

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee contract manufacturing operations to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with social standards, SHEQ, stock management, service levels, yield, costs (including P&L), and performance in accordance with legal and corporate requirements.

  • Regularly assess and review third-party manufacturing (3PM) compliance with support from site compliance professionals.

  • Work with the audit team to conduct scheduled compliance audits and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.

  • Collaborate with business, purchasing, and site teams to select and streamline toll manufacturers.

  • Manage 3PM-related complaints through the company's CCMS and SCMS systems, ensuring routine performance tracking of key aspects such as technology, quality, responsiveness, delivery, and cost, with monthly reporting.

  • Maintain robust systems to protect company technology, business information, and supplied materials.

  • Support new product introduction (NPI) projects and coordinate communication and investment with contract manufacturers.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or production engineering.

  • 5–10 years of relevant industry experience.

  • At least 3 years of managerial experience.

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese.
