【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Analysis and anticipation (Preparation of the Forecast and Proposal of corrective actions to be taken)
Pro-active analytics to facilitate improved business understanding and performance improvement opportunities.
Implementation and execution of the budget process, with respect to the deadlines set
Ensure a high level of consistency across Japan resorts and in line with BU standards
Carry out regular audit missions and make recommendations for improvements
Collect the necessary information to build Business Case for new openings and follow-up pre-opening budget.
Develop financial reporting tools to improve reporting
【REQUIREMENTS】
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Equivalent
Solid technical skills in Finance and preferably 3+ years’ experience in FP&A or
Finance/Audit experience in the Hospitality Industry is a plus.
Fluent in both English & Japanese
Hands-on experience with MS Excel.
Strong excel skills are essential and knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion is preferred
