We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing D2C consumer brand. As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will work closely with global cross-functional teams to bring our brand to life across multiple channels and platforms, including social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and experiential marketing. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the latest trends in D2C marketing, and who has a keen eye for design and storytelling.

【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
- Develop and execute innovative 360 marketing strategies (product marketing and brand marketing) that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
- Work with cross-functional teams in Global HQ and local team, to bring our brand to life across multiple channels and platforms, including social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and experiential marketing
- Develop creative concepts and messaging that resonate with our target audience1
- Manage the creative development process, including briefing agencies and designers, reviewing creative work, providing feedback and managing project timelines.
- Analyze customer insights and marketing performance data using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar, and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in D2C marketing, and apply them to our marketing efforts
- Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, influencers, and vendors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product launch plans, go-to-market strategies, and seasonal marketing campaigns

【REQUIREMENTS】
- Proficient in both verbal and written business-level English communication.
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a focus on D2C brands
- Strong creative skills with the ability to develop innovative concepts and messaging
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for design and storytelling
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for Tech, Art, Culture, Lifestyle (Nice to have)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (Nice to have)
