【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Implement of new ERP system (SAP S4/HANA) in different project phases (e.g., fit to standard analysis, integration tests, process validation, data cleansing, data migration, go-live, Hypercare), to purchasing team.
Coordinate purchasing team members with respective function teams (e.g., Finance, Logistics, IT etc.) regarding to ERP system implementation of data management processes, tools and communication, training management processes, testing management processes, tools, test case creation, etc.
Conduct integration test activities of ERP system.
Train local project teams on the new ERP system.
Implement supplier data system (Supplier portal) to purchasing team.
Communicate with other functions (e.g., Finance, Logistics, IT etc.) to support purchasing activity of purchasing department.
Assist making report of purchasing performance.
Develop and polish contract and other document templates, assure up to date info shared through Intranet.
Assure compliance within all JP related to supplier management and sourcing decisions for both PM and NPM.
Work with Strategic Purchasing Manager Asia for alignment regarding process and governance, and with Purchasing Controlling team in India for reporting and budget related matters.

【REQUIREMENTS】
University bachelor’s degree or above.
Working knowledge and experience of SAP systems is mandatory.
5+ years in Purchasing or Finance (Controlling) experience is preferred.
Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.
Experience in global company is preferred.
Proficient in excel and data management preferred.
English and Japanese proficiency.
