【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Manage operational risk and analyze the cause/ legal risk
Identify potential risks and discuss with stakeholders
Analyze operational risk loss events and plan activities with the follow-up
Report monthly KPI
Assess the effectiveness of risk management
Support Internal control system and review operational process
Work together with stakeholders and other departments
Coordinate the control tests
【REQUIREMENTS】
Have 5 years of experience in coping with operational risk and internal control in financial services or consulting field
Fluent in Japanese and English
Understand issues and risks holistically and address them in a solution-oriented manner
