量産製品の生産計画の策定と実施
在庫管理やロジスティクスを含む最適なサプライチェーンの構築
各種発注業務の遂行
納期の管理および調整
購買業務に関連する月次処理や契約管理
必須要件
ハードウェア製品に関する調達・購買業務の経験が2年以上
在庫管理やロジスティクス業務の経験
工学の学士号、または技術関連分野での同等の実務経験
細部への注意力と優れたタスク管理能力
チームを引っ張るリーダーシップおよび優れたコミュニケーションスキル
日本語（ネイティブレベル）
英語（ビジネスレベル以上）

Responsibilities
Plan and execute mass production processes
Develop and maintain an optimal supply chain, including inventory management and logistics
Handle various ordering tasks
Manage delivery schedules and ensure timely shipments
Oversee monthly purchasing operations, including processing and contract management
Essential Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in hardware product parts procurement
Experience in inventory management and logistics
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in a related technology field
Strong attention to detail and excellent task management abilities
Leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
Native-level proficiency in Japanese
Business-level proficiency in English or higher
Preferred Requirements
Knowledge of mechatronics product design and development
Proficiency in Chinese (for vendor negotiations)
Experience in robotic parts procurement
Experience working in a start-up environment
Forklift operator license
