【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Leading national and international pharmaceutical MES IT-software projects
Planning and managing project budgets
Ensure internal and external stakeholder management
First line of contact for Japanese customer requests and issues
Delivering products and services with a main focus on Japanese customer satisfaction
Technical guidance of internal and partner’s project team members and resource management
Execution of status, steering and team meetings and regular project status reports
Creating and maintaining relevant project specific documentation
Support and development of internal project management processes
Support for the sales process where required, including presenting potential project plans to clients
Mentoring and developing junior team members with a focus on developing effective teams
【REQUIREMENTS】
A Bachelor of Science Degree in a Business Administration and Engineering or Computer Science is required, a Master of Science Degree is preferred
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in software projects, preferably in the life science/pharma sector
Business acumen and understanding of full life cycle value of our customers
Ability to identify potential risks and solve conflicts
Confidence in appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese
Strong analytical skills with understanding of the business impact of decisions
Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic personality, ability to work independently
Thorough understanding of the software project life cycle
A project management certification (PMP, IPMA) is a plus
