【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
-Facilitate meetings, ensure actions are followed up and work to meet our deadlines.
-Actively participate in the strategic planning lifecycle and develop and manage the portfolio needed to execute our annual operating plans.
-Manage projects’ budgets, forecasts, and actuals
-Provide the relevant project and program status updates to different stakeholders, as well as identify project risks and manage those.
【REQUIREMENTS】
-Bachelor’s (preferred) or equivalent experience
-5+ years of experience in technical program and portfolio management
-Cross-functional expertise: understanding of cross-functional operational priorities in order to facilitate cross-functional discussions
-Native-level Japanese and business-level English
