【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Anticipate requirements, uncover areas of improvement, and develop optimization strategies for systems, processes, and workflows
Provide and organize data, build, and manage reports and tools to support team decisions and efficiency
Help automate manual processes
Develop reports and dashboards in PowerBI
Build relationships with key partners and routinely present proposals and results
【REQUIREMENTS】
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or BI Developer.
Expertise in analyzing, transforming, and consolidating data from structured and unstructured data systems suitable for analytics solutions
Ability to communicate effectively
A proven team player
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to explain technical concepts using non-technical language
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage own projects
Ability to translate business requests into concise, structured system requirement
Permission to work in Japan
Native or highly proficient level of both English and Japanese
