【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
As a Merchandising Manager you will play a key role in executing the company’s engagements and will be given responsibility from early in your career.
Build and execute a balanced and profitable product assortment through the buying sessions 4 times a year.
Track, analyse and improve the general performance flow.
Influence and negotiate with the Global Team to develop business grow.
Provide business reporting and analysis on weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Monitor delivery status
Visit stores and competition, create tailored reports.
Enhance sku productivity and achieve financial target.

【REQUIREMENTS】
5 years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a previous similar role.
Ability to multitask and a strong sense of urgency.
Previous experience as a buyer is needed for the role.
Experience in retail environment and retail processes/procedures.
English and Japanese Business level language ability.
