【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Build strong relationships with all associates, managers and leadership
Provide dedicated HR support to departments as required
Support the implementation of HR initiatives and their application
Recruiting as per the aligned needs and processes
Provide advice to management in the development of the business planning processes and provide input on the HR implications of business objectives
Provide support and guidance to managers on performance management process implementation
Support annual performance appraisal (portfolio) process including coaching managers and associates in how to get the most out of this process
Promote a positive employee relations environment
Conduct complex or detailed investigations, and where required, co-ordinate mediation and resolution of complaints
Provide HR operational advice on terms and conditions of employment to managers and employees
Support annual salary and bonus planning process
Establish solid relationships with associates in other countries on international assignments through being their first point of contact and proactively resolving any questions or issues which may arise
Interpret and implement company and HR policies and procedures
【REQUIREMENTS】
More than 8 years’ work experience and more than 3 years’ experience in HR function
Has experience of working as a HR manager at small to mid-sized company (small business venture is also welcome)
English capability of both speaking & writing are required.
Japanese capability is required as mother language (or equally).
