【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Ensure all the administrative processes of the payroll and statutory procedures on social insurance and taxes for all employees in Japan
Ensure the implementing of HR administrative policies and legal regulations
Handle employee files and HR data
Support onboarding and offboarding
Support internal and external audit
Maintain the communication with internal and external partners (payroll and benefit vendors, local Finance, Regional COEs and Global Payroll)
Support local and global HR projects and initiatives (HR Transformation, employee survey, remuneration & benefit analysis, process simplification etc.).
【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of HR operations and payroll experience at foreign multinational companies (both large and small/medium sized companies a plus)
General knowledge of Japanese labor laws and best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Workday (HRIS) experience preferred
Native Japanese and business-level fluency in English
