【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Aid management and colleagues with HR matters
Follow the global policies, local laws and regulations.
Work closely with Finance, IT and other department to provide the professional HR Service to employees in timely manner.
Play a key role in the local execution of HR processes and services
Manage outsourcing companies and review/take action to keep its quality.
Proactively take actions in the global projects.
Be a strong business partner to the respective local business unit by giving professional insights and support.
Manage difficult employee relations.
Propose the better solution for the better HR service for employees.
Support HR & GA Director on Global HR initiatives. Review and roll out the global HR initiatives, guidelines, tools, and process. Localize them if needed.
Be a role model of team staff and teach and manage non regular staff
Ensure adherence to local laws regulations
【REQUIREMENTS】
Mandatory:
Bachelor’s degree or above
Understanding of local regulation and labor laws
Knowledge of the relevant people processes
Understanding of basic finance
Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
Native level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 800+)
One or more of HR operation experiences is must. (payroll, talent acquisition, and others)
Desirable:
7+ years of experience in HR operations
Experience in project management
Experience in change management
Experience in change employment regulation and policies
Experience of employee relations including the difficult cases.
Rollout global HR system experience
M&A experiences
Experience working for a multinational company
