Develop creative and practical strategies for finding the best candidates
Move candidates through the interview process smoothly
Determine needs, provide recommendations on the recruitment strategy, utilize technology and creative sourcing techniques, attend networking events and conferences, screen and interview candidates, manage the interview process and extend offers
【REQUIREMENTS】
Minimum 1 years of corporate recruitment experience
Experience with various HR experience including payroll, training, evaluation, etc.
Ability to network in a heavily-matrixed environment
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
A solid background in full life-cycle recruitment in a corporate environment.
