【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Be the direct contact person for our employees and assist them in all HR related matters
Assist with the monthly preparation of salaries while guaranteeing accuracy and respecting the deadlines
Actively participate in the full recruitment cycle, including identifying candidates, HR screenings, organizing interviews and being the direct contact person for the candidates
Actively support the onboarding and off boarding processes
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes by proposing new ideas
Arrange in-house training and external tests (TOEIC, etc)
Liaise with building management for fire drills, etc
Health and safety checks
【REQUIREMENTS】
Previous experience in HR in one or several of the above mentioned activities
Good organizational and administrative skills and as well as a good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential and reliable way is essential
Good interpersonal skills with clear and transparent communication
Problem-solver with a can do attitude, acting fair towards colleagues and respecting deadlines
Fluency in both English and Japanese
