[RESPONSIBILITIES]

• Sales for new franchisees: Visiting local restaurants, introducing and concluding contracts

• Utilizing a sales support system that even beginners can handle- Utilizing AI-based sales data → Targeting the best customers

• Providing custom training and manuals that even beginners can easily master

• Operate a sales mentor program → Top sales provide 1:1 feedback

• Expand market share: Analyzing food delivery trends by area and establishing optimal sales strategies

• Sales growth consulting for franchisees: Supporting newly affiliated restaurants to double their sales as quickly as possible Example) Proposing menus that can be delivered, etc.

• Utilize top-notch sales tools

[REQUIREMENTS]

• Passion and perseverance to achieve goals
• Data-based strategic thinking and negotiation skills preferred
• Experience working in a startup or enjoy fast-paced work in a fast-paced environment would be helpful
• Understanding of the food delivery market
• Speak both Japanese and English (business level) 
• 2 years of BtoB or BtoC sales experience

Salary

Basic monthly salary of 320,000 yen + incentive of 8,000 yen per store upon acquisition (no upper limit)

Estimated first year salary (reference value)

4 million to 6.4 million yen
