Global company based in Iceland that develops, manufactures and sells non-invasive equipment
【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Process customer orders utilizing telephone, computer, and interpersonal interactions according to internal procedures.
Work closely with the US shipping team to deliver products on time to the dropship customers.
Review the backorders, monitor
and work closely with the demand planners in US.
Process complaints, feedback and returns in company Global quality system, solve invoice queries, produce credit notes when required and follow up on them.
Arrange the product repair and maintenance with global service centers
and follow up.
Work closely with the company’s technical team and quality control team for product failure complaints and arrange returns as requested.
Provide pricing and availability to the customer by referring to product price list and quoting prices to customers.
Arrange disposal for obsolete products and failure products.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of education.
Minimal 5 years of relevant experience
Utilizes the most used software, Microsoft Office, and has solid ERP experience.
Customer-oriented and excellent communicator with internal/external customers
Willing to take leadership opportunities or leading projects in the future.
Knowledge of the international trade & logistics.
Sales force knowledge and Navision knowledge will be plus.
Good written English language skills
