【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Channel Partner Compliance Management
Implement robust policies and procedures through which engages 3rd party distributors (Channel Partners) to promote and sell products and services.
Partner with Indirect Channel Leaders within the Business to ensure a joined-up approach to managing potential risks associated with Channel Partners, including the resolution of red flags and continuous monitoring.
Partner with business owners and requestors to ensure a joined-up approach to the documentation, review, approval of interactions for example: sponsorships, promotional events, donations, customer collaborations and other transfers of value that has potential compliance risks.
Execute the Auditing and Monitoring plan based on identified risk areas by applying insightful analysis of selected transactions and recommending suitable countermeasures where there are audit findings.
Deliver effective legal and compliance training and communication to both business users and 3rd parties, and conduct train the trainer sessions as appropriate.
Conduct, manage and support compliance investigations, and interface with cross-functional business teams on the development and execution of timely corrective actions and risk mitigation plans.
【REQUIREMENTS】
BA/BS degree or global equivalent in Law, Finance, IT, Business or equivalent
A minimum of 8 years of Legal/Compliance/Regulatory/Audit or Risk experience, preferably within the Healthcare or Lifesciences industry
Strong organizational, project management and prioritization skills, ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proficient with Excel and other relevant office systems
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Fluent in English & Japanese
Strong data analytics skills: developing data collection systems, using quantitative analysis to assess compliance performance and drive management action
