【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Responsible for prioritized orchestration of all Communication marketing topics (marketing plan incl. budget allocation) to achieve the brand & sales targets as brand function
Responsible the Brand & Communication Marketing communication strategy.
Responsible for the Campaign development
Develops jointly with the Brand communication and Performance Steering manager annual digital communication strategy aligned with marketing strategy incl. annual, quarterly and monthly
digital communication and social media plans.
Handles Product Launch coordination, Overviews holistically the communication campaign management
Handles holistic Campaign management from Briefing, Agency Exchanges, Implementation, Media buying
Monitors the NSC Campaign Asset Creation/Development (NSC, Retail) , develops all creative and coordinates content related to Car brand Japan website and social media.
Ensures that all communication is aligned with the the Car brand
Conducts effective media buying with the allocated budget. Jointly with the Brand
Leads agencies (media and creative agency).
Correspond with AG for major model, campaign, project rollouts to ensure local needs are reflected.
Communicate on marketing campaigns to dealers.
Manage production and media budget
【REQUIREMENTS】
University degree
Work experience, Leadership experience
At least 5 years Marketing activities, campaign management
General marketing knowledge
Knowledge of updated Digital innovations, new digital formats
Excellent communication and organizing skills
Fluent English and Japanese
Understanding of the company and its brand.
