【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
- Work closely with the Real Estate, Private Equity, and Tactical Opportunities Groups’ acquisition, asset management, capital markets, regional finance, and tax teams on deal execution/transaction support, new product development, and financial operations and management
- Collaborate across investment and support functions in Tokyo and regionally
- Support/coordinate investment structuring and entity establishment processes by working with internal/external tax and legal counsel
- Preparation and review of funds flow files for funding, repatriations, and distributions
- Post-closing assist investment/asset management teams to onboard investments
- Work with internal and external stakeholders on finance workstreams related to new product development, product launch, ongoing operations, and reporting
- Assist in various technology, data, and process improvement initiatives
【REQUIREMENTS】
- 7+ years of accountant experience
- Bilingual in English/Japanese
- Proactive with strong partnering skills and good communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word)
- Experience in real estate and/or private equity fund inbound investment structures will be an advantage
- Overseas working experience is a plus

- 不動産、プライベート・エクイティ、戦術的機会グループの買収、資産管理、資本市場、地域金融、税務チームと緊密に連携し、案件の実行/取引支援、新商品開発、財務運営・管理を行う。
- 東京および地域の投資部門およびサポート部門との連携
- 社内外の税務・法務担当者との連携による投資案件の構築や事業体設立のサポート・調整
- 資金調達、本国送還、分配のためのファンドフローファイルの準備とレビュー
- クロージング後の投資・資産運用チームによる投資案件の取り込み支援
- 新商品開発、商品立ち上げ、継続的な運用、報告に関する財務の一連の業務について社内外の関係者と協力
- 技術、データ、プロセス改善に関する様々な取り組みへの支援
【応募資格・条件】
- 7年以上の会計士経験
- 英語と日本語のバイリンガル
- 協調性とコミュニケーション能力のある積極的な方
- 優れた分析能力と細部への配慮ができる方
- 優れたマイクロソフトオフィススキル（MS Excel、MS PowerPoint、MS Word）
- 不動産及びプライベートエクイティファンドのインバウンド投資ストラクチャーの経験があれば、尚可
- 海外勤務経験があれば尚可
