【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Support the SVP of Design and Construction to focus and drive the design and implementation
Provide oversight and ensure execution of scope of projects by understanding Design, Construction and FFE requirements
Review drawings and plans submitted by Architects and Design Consultants for conformance to the documented space and provide direction to Architects, Designers, and other consultants;
Provide reporting of the Osaka IR project through various phases of design and construction to assure overall conformance to design and planning expectations and approved budget
Conduct frequent site visits and on-site coordination meetings.
Coordinate with company and Development partner stakeholders of all IR operating working groups (hotel, gaming, retail, wellness, F&B, MICE, and entertainment) to ensure that all operating and technical requirements are incorporated into design and are properly implemented at the construction site.
Performs other job-related duties and design and construction-related needs as required.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Degree in electrical engineering
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in ICT network work design, construction, and monitoring and operation
Experience in disaster prevention systems for large facilities
Experience in building maintenance low voltage, disaster prevention, security, etc.
